This Privacy Policy explains how Globetether LLC, located in New York, United States (“Globetether,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and safeguards personal information through globetether.com and our business communications.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization, service interest, and the information you include in your message. If you use the Client Assistant, we process the messages you choose to send. If you communicate with us through WhatsApp Business, we may process your telephone number, profile information made available by WhatsApp, and the contents of your messages.
Our security tools may also process limited technical information, such as an IP-address-derived security identifier, to prevent abuse and protect the site.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested consultations, quotations, support, and services; understand the service you are seeking; operate and secure our website and communications; prevent spam and misuse; and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Client Assistant and artificial intelligence
The Client Assistant is an automated prototype in a controlled testing phase. When you submit a message to it, we process that message through our website systems and OpenAI to generate a response. Its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and it must not be used as the sole basis for important decisions. The Assistant is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, tax, or security advice. A member of the Globetether team may review or continue an inquiry when you request support, a quotation, a consultation, or human assistance.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government-issued identity documents, tax identification numbers, access credentials, or other sensitive information through the Client Assistant or WhatsApp.

Globetether does not provide legal advice, legal consultations, legal representation, or legal services. Any information we provide regarding U.S. business-registration orientation, domains, certificates, technology, or related processes is general and informational only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. You should consult a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction for legal questions or decisions.
WhatsApp Business communications
When you choose to continue an inquiry through WhatsApp, your communications are also subject to WhatsApp and Meta's terms and privacy practices. When our official WhatsApp Business integration is active, messages may be processed by Meta/WhatsApp, Globetether, and OpenAI where necessary to provide automated responses and customer support. We use WhatsApp communications only for the inquiry, support, follow-up, or service purpose you request, subject to applicable law and messaging rules.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the site and deliver requested services. These may include Cloudflare for security verification and hosting-related services, Resend for delivery of contact-form emails, OpenAI for the Client Assistant, and Meta/WhatsApp for business messaging. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain inquiry, conversation, and service information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, maintain appropriate business records, or resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email support@globetether.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International visitors
Our services are operated from the United States. By using the site, the Client Assistant, or WhatsApp communications, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Children
This website and our business communications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
